we can't live without water, people use water to do some cleaning and washing every day .

Water is very significant to all of us.

What is the hard water ?
Water has high Mg2+, Ca2+ contenting, which we called hard water, it will be precipitated MgCO3, CaCO₃ which can't dissolve in water , therefore incrustation is formed day by day.


What can soft water bring to us ?
Using soft water can avoid scaling problems of water pipe, spigot, floor heating. With soft water in bathing, skin will become soft and hair will get skinnier. Meanwhile, the stain of sanitary appliance, bath apparatus will disappear.

Reverse osmosis system

RO system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pre-filter (water softener is optional), reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 97%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won’t polluted environment.

Reverse osmosis equipment no need to consider about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO equipment is no need to do any regeneration, it can be keep stable for long time.

The second stage reverse osmosis system use the first stage reverse osmosis system output water as raw water to make water to be more pure. Normally output water conductivity<2 us/cm.

Process: Raw water---booster pump---quartz sand filter---activated carbon filter---water softener (optional)---security filter---high pressure pump---RO system---UV system (Ozone generator)---pure water tank

The hardness of the output water test by the "chrome black T reagent" showed blue is qualified (<0.03mmoL/L).

First stage pretreatment.(Sand filter)
The use of multi-medium quartz sand filters, main purpose is to remove the water contains sediment, manganese, rust, colloid material, mechanical impurities, suspended solids and other particles in the above 20UM of substances hazardous to health.

Second stage pretreatment (Carbon filter)
Activated carbon filters used to remove the pigment in the water, smell, a large number of chemical and biological organisms, reducing the residual value of water and pesticide pollution and other harmful pollutants.

Third stage pretreatment (Resin softener)
Cationic resin used for water softening, primarily to remove hardness of water. So as to effectively prevent the reverse osmosis membrane fouling. System can automatically recoil, and so is red.

Component:

There are several kinds of consumables you need to replace regularly. (3000LPH)

a. Quartz sand: replaced about every 15 months. 50kg/bag
b. Activated carbon: replaced about every 15 months. 25kg/bag
c. Resin: replaced about every 15 months. 25L/bag
d. PP Filter cartridge: replaced about every 1 month
e. Ro membrane: replaced about every 2 year

We suggest you buy 1- 2 years of PP filter cartridges together with machine.
Because these PP filter cartridges need to replace every month.

Machine will be packed by standard wooden case. It is suitable for shipment. After you receive machine, you open wooden case to pick out of machine is ok .
